The National Competition among primary school teachers on Interactive Technologies in Education

The National Competition among primary school teachers on Interactive Technologies in Education organized by Institute of Education Problems held in Baku. All teachers did impressive work – Hearty Congratulations to ALL!
I just wanted to notice the issue we shouldn’t forget about – Technology is NOT a Solution, Technology is a Tool, Technology is an Environment, Technology is a Booster, Technology is a Transparency, etc. Technology is not purpose, it is just a “pipeline” to provide quality content that also maybe nicely decorated by technology…
In short, rephrasing the words of Bill Gates, I can say: “Technology applied to high quality content will magnify its quality, technology applied to poor content magnifies its poorness”.
Again my cordial congratulations to all more than 300 teachers that presented works during competition, you are doing great work forming the base of the technological culture in our youth!
